Wat doet een PROCESOPERATOR B bij Continental Bakeries?

Als procesoperator bij Continental Bakeries houd je je bezig met het produceren van diverse koek en zoetwaren. Alvorens je begint met de productie is het belangrijk dat je de hygiënische staat van de apparatuur checkt en eventueel schoonmaakt. Daarnaast controleer je of je alle benodigdheden op voorraad hebt en vul je deze, indien nodig, aan. Alles in orde? Mooi! Dan is het nu tijd om de apparatuur op te bouwen en de buffer-/opslagtanks te koppelen zodat je kunt beginnen. Tijdens de productie ben je druk bezig met het bewaken en bijsturen van de procesparameters via controlepanelen, je ziet toe op de constante aanvoer en kwaliteit van de grondstoffen/halffabricaten en je neemt monsters welke je aan een grondige kwaliteitscontrole onderwerpt. Mocht je een (structurele) afwijking treffen in het proces dan ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verhelpen hiervan. Eventueel krijg je ondersteuning van een kwaliteitsdienst / technische dienst.
