Wat wordt er verwacht?

Als leidinggevende ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het magazijnteam en het waarborgen van de operationele normen voor service, kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele leiding om deze doelstellingen te realiseren.

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in magazijn- of logistiek leiderschap 
  • Ervaring met WMS systemen
  • Een flexibele inzet terwijl je in staat bent om ook in de kou te kunnen werken
  • Kunnen oplossen van uitdagingen in het team en de communicatielijnen onderhouden binnen de organisatie
  • Uitvoeren van toegewezen projecten
