Job Description

As a Service Coordinator you are the indispensable link between the customers and the Field Technicians, Submersible Pilots and Instructors. You ensure smooth handling of service requests, diving operations, training and after-sales worldwide. You are responsible for preparing, carrying out and following up on work, which means you play a crucial role in customer satisfaction.

You will get started with:

  • Customer service: Answering customer questions regarding service, diving operations and training, both reactive and proactive;
  • Technical questions: You answer technical questions, some technical knowledge is desirable, with second-line support from support engineers;
  • Aftersales: You supervise the aftersales process, including preparing quotations, invoicing and planning;
  • Customer visits: You occasionally visit customers for follow-up and support;
  • Work preparation: You prepare accepted requests, organize the mobilization of equipment and personnel, and ensure the purchase of necessary materials and services.
  • Service team support: You support the service team in their daily work for optimal execution;
  • Information processing: You receive crucial information from the field and inform other departments;
  • Reporting: You report to the Division Manager Field Operations & Service and partly replace him in his absence.


Terms & Conditions

  • A competitive salary that depends on education, knowledge and experience;

We asking

  • At least a completed MBO education;
  • You are available full-time;
  • Work experience within a service organization;
  • Affinity with service and (maritime) technology;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
