Statement: I am prepared to hand in € 500 gross salary if I can work in the day shift
We asked more than 800 shift and team leaders whether they are prepared to hand in € 500 gross salary if they can work in the day shift.
As 10 Select, we notice that the demand for shift and team leaders in day shifts is increasing. Where it often wrings is the fact that most shift and team leaders still work in a shift system. They are therefore used to the shift allowances (varying from 14% to 30%) that they receive.
Now we were curious whether these shift and team leaders would like to give up part of their shift allowance for a day shift job. We asked 855 shift and team leaders aged 24 to 65 years in the North Brabant region and came to the conclusion that 23.77% of the shift and team leaders are willing to contribute € 500. to accept a day shift job. On the other hand, for 76.23% of shift and team leaders it is a 'no-go' and they work, or prefer to work in shifts, or do not want to hand in a salary.
