Functie omschrijving

Als Administratief Medewerker ben je de spil in ons administratieve proces. Je werkt voor 10 Select en andere UK-bedrijven van nGAGE die in Nederland actief zijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat de kandidaat onboarding soepel verloopt door gegevens compleet en correct te verzamelen. Je coördineert ontbrekende informatie met consultants en zorgt voor een foutloze administratie.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Salaris tussen de €2.750,- en €3.350,- Obv fulltime;
25 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid om er 5 bij te kopen;
Een gezellig team waar ieder kwartaal aan leuke thema’s gewerkt wordt en er mooie incentives op het spel staan!

Functie eisen

Je hebt affiniteit met personeelsadministratie of ervaring in de uitzend- en payrollbranche;
Je beschikt over minimaal MBO+-niveau werk- en denkniveau;
Je bent communicatief vaardig, krachtig en straalt dit uit naar klanten en collega’s;
Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving;
Competenties: inlevingsvermogen, overtuigingskracht, accuraatheid, oplossingsgerichtheid;
Beschikbaarheid: 20-24 uur per week.
